  • No, all contributions must be made with cash donations, excluding rollovers and transfers.

2. Where are the precious metals stored?
  • All metals are stored within the specified storage facility chosen during account set-up. The three most often used facilities are Delaware Depository, Diamond State Depository, and Transcontinental Depository.

3. When can I take possession of the precious metals?
  • You may take distribution of the precious metals at any time, but while the precious metals are held in your IRA they must remain in custody of the IRA custodian. One should seek the help of a tax or investment consultant before taking any action.
