1843 Seated Liberty Silver Dollar. MS-63 (NGC).
Rim toned in vivid pale-gold, powder-blue and reddish-apricot iridescence, the centers are much lighter with a silver-apricot sheen. This is a well-struck No Motto Dollar, and it is of even further importance as a Mint State survivor of the conditionally challenging 1843 delivery. None of the wispy abrasions are worthy of individual attention.
Pedigree: From the Malibu Collection.
