1795 Flowing Hair Silver Dollar. B-5, BB-27. Rarity-1. BB Die State II. Three Leaves. Fine-15 (PCGS). CAC.
Attractive for three reasons, the toning is handsome with gunmetal-blue and gray in the fields, lighter silver-gray devices. Next surface quality is high, no deep marks or bumps that impair the overall desirability. Last the wear is satin smooth for this mid grade type coin. Rarely are early silver dollars found this attractive.
Pedigree: From the George Dyer Collection, collected circa 1910-1930.
