Stack’s Bowers Galleries is pleased to offer for sale an
1804 6 Skilling P-A5 Greenland note in our August 2020
World Paper Money sale. It is graded About Uncirculated 55 by PMG and is
featured in lot
30166 of the auction. It is the sole example encapsulated by PMG. P-A5 is the first note and lowest denomination for the 1804
series, and the offered note is very attractive, especially for being over 200
years old! It displays a more ornate design than the 1803 series, with
bordering designs and crown at top left. Good embossing and bold penned ink
stand out on this About Uncirculated example. PMG Pop 1/None Finer.
