offered an exceptional MS-65 RB (NGC) restrike of the Daniel Morgan at Cowpens medal in copper that ranks among the finest certified, which sold for a strong sum of $3,120. A post-1861 restrike of the iconic 1801 Thomas Jefferson Indian Peace medal was featured in lot 92009
and realized $690 with a grade of MS-63 BN (NGC). In lot 92029
was found a stunning Gem MS-65 (NGC) restrike of the 1809 Lincoln Wide Awakes political medalet in silver, a perpetual favorite for both Lincoln enthusiasts and Civil War scholars.
